Restaurant Information

The Tundra dining room offers an elegant and classic setting for your event. The restaurant has received the AAA Four Diamond Award each year since 2002 and this is clearly evident through our service and food selections. Our wine list is varied and expansive, sure to have some of your favorites. We have successfully hosted wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions, anniversary and birthday parties, and company retreats.

Setup Choices

Full Service Dinner: If you are interested in the full Tundra Experience, our four-course dinner may be the best option for you. We can accommodate up to 70 guests in our dining room or up to 40 on our outdoor courtyard. Our standard banquet menu offers several choices with courses of appetizer, soup, salad, and entrée. This menu can be supplemented with any special requests such as a dessert course.

Cocktail Reception:   This option accommodates a larger guest list and creates more of a mingling atmosphere. Our dining room set-up includes seating for approximately 50 guests with open areas for socializing within the dining room and lounge. Additionally, use of the Beaumont atrium may be available with a hotel buy-out. The main buffet station, consisting of appetizers and entrées, will be located in the dining room with the option of having other, smaller hors d'oeuvre stations setup throughout the site. We can accommodate up to 125 guests. Use of the courtyard for a cocktail reception would include seating for approximately 30 guests and use of the courtyard and adjacent lounge accommodating up to 55 guests.

Rental Fees

Private Use Fee:   $2,000 - 3,500. Minimum
This amount allows you to buy-out the dining room exclusively for your event and will be used against your food selection totals. If you do not meet or exceed the required minimum the remainder becomes the “room rental fee.” Beverage and bar totals, service charges, taxes and all other amenities are additional, separate charges.
