Reservation Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. For reservations of one night only, full payment is required when the reservation is made. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival and departure.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit will be returned provided we are notified at least 14 days prior to the arrival date less a $35.00 processing fee. If notice is given less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be returned only if we can re-book the room less a $35.00 processing fee. Group reservations (5 or more rooms) and the Christmas holidays require notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival. If notice is given within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Storage of bags is available for arrivals before 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m. We ask that you be respectful of this time since our cleaning staff needs access to the rooms. If you need a late check-out time, please contact the front desk to see if this can be accommodated.

Other
The Beaumont Hotel and its establishments are non-smoking.
Due to the historic nature of the building, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16.
