This elegant, fine dining restaurant has been annually recognized with AAA Four Diamond award since 2004. With its recognition by Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast for its award-winning wine list Tundra offers an array of first class food and drink along with exceptional service. The menu features Bistro Plates, Colorado Wild Game Entrees, Fresh Seafood and Buffalo Prime Rib. And don't forget dessert, our desserts are prepared daily by our Chef and are completly house-made. You won't be able to resist!

Originally built in 1886, the restaurant is located on the second floor of the Beaumont Hotel and was restored using the restaurant's original woodwork, ceiling (where it wasn't collapsed), balcony, wainscotting and doors.

Executive Chef, David Weber

David Weber, Executive Chef

Appointed in 2003 as Executive Chef at Tundra where his commitment to originality and quality earned him this position. David graduated from the restaurant school in Pennsylvania in 1994. He has over nine years experience as Sous Chef working for restaurants including Black Horse Restaurant & Tavern in Denver, PA., the Historic Strasburg Village Inn in Strasburg, PA., and most recently as Sous Chef for the Pinon Restaurant in Ouray, Colorado where he worked for four years. David was instrumental in preparing Tundra Restaurant for its opening in October 2002.
